Shipping policy

We are proud to offer free shipping to all major metro areas across Sydney for our residential customers.

If you are a reseller or your delivery address is not in a metro area, please contact us and one of our team will provide you with a shipping quote prior to placing the order.

We use a variety of carriers to deliver our products nation-wide including AusPost, TNT Sensitive and Allied Express.

In stock products will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of the order being received. If there is any variation or if the item is out of stock one of our staff will contact you.

Shipping times vary, however most deliveries to metro areas are between 1-5 business days and rural areas taking 3-10 business days.

Once your shipment has been sent you will receive tracking information via email.

Goods must be inspected upon delivery and any damage related to transit reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods.
