Australian Open 2025: Outdoor Screens with Canadian Club

Outdoor TV Australia proudly partnered with Canadian Club to deliver a world-class viewing experience at the 2025 Australian Open, installing two premium waterproof Spark TVs at the iconic Canadian Club Bar. The activation provided thousands of tennis fans the chance to enjoy live matches, highlights, and entertainment in a relaxed outdoor setting — no matter the conditions.

The Spark Pavilion series — designed specifically for outdoor environments — offered unmatched brightness and clarity even under Melbourne’s summer sun, ensuring fans could follow every point without glare or reflection. Each TV was engineered for commercial performance, combining ultra-high brightness panels, durable galvanised steel housing, and internal fans for system cooling during the summer heat.

“Seeing our Spark TVs perform flawlessly in one of the busiest outdoor venues in the country is an incredible validation of our design philosophy,” said Alex for Outdoor TV Australia. “The Australian Open demands reliability, and our partnership with Canadian Club demonstrates exactly how well our products thrive in large-scale public events.”

The collaboration marked another milestone for Outdoor TV Australia’s growing presence in event and hospitality installations. With demand increasing from venues & events seeking durable, visually striking displays, the company continues to work closely with Australian brands and event partners to redefine how outdoor entertainment is experienced.

Outdoor TV Australia’s Spark range includes the Alfresco 2 (partial-sun), Pavilion 2 (full-sun), Lumin (ultra bright 4000 nits) and Element (IK10 smash resistant glass) models, engineered for residential, commercial, and event applications. All units are IP-rated, high-brightness displays built to perform year-round in the toughest Australian conditions.

FAQ

What is the difference between an outdoor TV and a regular TV?

Outdoor TVs are built with weatherproof housings, anti-glare screens and much higher brightness so they stay watchable in daylight and survive rain, humidity and temperature swings that would damage an indoor TV.

Can I leave my outdoor TV outside all year?

Yes. Every model in our range is IP55 rated, built to handle Australian conditions year round without needing to be brought inside.

How do I know if I need a full sun or partial sun TV?

If your screen will face direct sunlight for most of the day, choose full sun. If it sits under a patio roof, pergola or gets only a few hours of direct light, partial sun performs just as well for less.

What size outdoor TV should I get?

It depends on your viewing distance and the size of your space. Larger, open areas suit bigger screens; smaller patios often look best with 55 or 65 inch. Use our Help Me Choose tool for a personalised recommendation, or compare sizes side by side.
